30 years in the international travel industry encompassing airline tour sales, Group Sales Manager of Meridien Hotels, Director of Frantel Hotels USA office. Alba created Mondotels in 1982. Provides hands-on daily direction of Mondotels’ sales activity and expands Mondotels’ role in the marketplace.

Kathleen joined Mondotels in 1982, after 10 years with Meridien Hotels selling incentives and meetings, and 2 years as an on-property Sales Manager for Meridien Martinique and Guadeloupe. Kathleen maximizes resources in targeted marketing plans: communication, events, special promotions and co-op marketing programs.

Adriana’s experience includes 10 years in the education field, two years as Account Executive for a deluxe operator, and two years as Incentive Meeting Planner. Adriana joined Mondotels in 1985 and serves our corporate and association clients.

Pam began her career at Mondotels in 1987, selling French and Caribbean hotels to deluxe travel agencies and tour operators. For the past 15 years, she has been involved in selling incentives and meetings to both corporations and Incentive Houses in the east coast and Midwest regions. She prides herself on her longstanding relationships with meeting planners that have resulted in numerous sold groups ranging in size from 20 persons to 3,000.

With 15 years experience in the incentive travel industry, Brittany sells international meetings and incentives to Fortune 500 clients and travel buyers. Previously with Exclusive Destinations and Maritz Travel as a Senior Travel Director and Program Manager, Brittany has demonstrates a results-oriented ingenuity that she brought to Mondotels in 2008.

People want to have amazing, unique experiences and it is my job to educate them on how our destinations fulfill their wants and needs.”
Jessica specializes in promoting Dubai Tourism, to travel agents, tour operators and affinity group planners. For 3 years, she served as Marketing Manager for the Eastern Region of Korea Tourism Office in North America. Jessica joined Mondotels in 2010.

Bill has been with Mondotels since 1992 and is responsible for the sales data used to bring new traffic to our worldwide clients. He is also involved in the design of collateral used for the corporate hospitality events we organize.
Donna began her career with Mondotels in 1985. At that time, handled group and individual sales for L’Horset Hotels, Pullman Hotels, L’Habitation and Manapany Cottages. Donna now leads the One-Stop-Information Center for Dubai Tourism, Commerce & Marketing and is working with our client Melbourne, on identifying and qualifying key metrics of interest that led to new leads for Melbourne in regard to convention sales for international association executives in North America.

Since joining Mondotels in 2008, Lumi has been involved in the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns, events and promotional materials. She holds an English Degree from the University of Bucharest, Romania, a Certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications from NYU, and is enrolled in the MS Program of International Marketing Management at Boston University.
